Monthly billing

Online payments require Kindergarten + Online Payments. Stripe fees and payouts follow the connected Stripe account.

Yes. You can assign a primary teacher and additional teachers or assistants. Every linked Teacher account can manage attendance only for assigned classes.

The system takes the class base fee, adds assigned monthly or one-time activities as separate invoice lines and uses the VAT rate of each line. Duplicate child/month fees and duplicate linked invoices are prevented.

Yes. With Kindergarten + Online Payments, the administrator connects the kindergarten’s own Stripe account. Parents can pay unpaid invoices from the invoice page or Parent Portal.

No. Card details are entered and processed in Stripe Checkout. Stripe also controls transaction fees, payouts, verification, disputes and chargebacks.

The current version stores the authorized pickup persons for each child. A separate daily pickup time/signature log is not included yet.

Yes. Optional setup packages cover up to 25, 75 or 150 children. Clean Excel data is required for the fixed setup prices; cleanup or manual entry from PDFs, photos or messages is billed separately.
