Can one class have more than one teacher?
Yes. Teaching staff can be linked to classes, and teacher accounts are restricted to the Odenaro Kindergarten access allowed to them.
How are monthly charges calculated?
The charge can include class tuition, activities and dismissal-time extras. Scholarships, deposits/prepayments and family discounts are then applied according to their own rules at invoice level.
How do sibling discounts work?
The kindergarten can configure one rule for families with exactly two children and another for families with three or more children. The discount is applied only to tuition, not activities or dismissal extras.
Can parents book teacher appointments?
Yes, when Parent Appointments is enabled. The school creates appointment periods and slots by class, while parents book only the available times allowed by the configured sibling and cancellation rules.
Can parents pay online?
Yes. Odenaro Kindergarten + Online Payments adds Stripe Connect so supported unpaid invoices can be paid through the parent invoice or Parent Portal flow.
Does Odenaro store card information?
No. Card details are entered and processed by Stripe Checkout when online payments are used.
