1. Service

Odenaro is a cloud business-management, billing and administrative platform. It provides operational tools including customer records, quotations, invoices, receipts, payments, reports, stock and product-specific workflows. Features vary by product and plan.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of data they enter, user access, secure credentials, configuration of taxes and accounting settings, and συμμόρφωσης with laws and professional requirements applicable to their business and jurisdiction.

3. Tax, accounting and fiscalisation

Odenaro does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice and is not represented as a certified fiscal device, government tax-reporting platform or jurisdiction-specific approved invoicing system unless expressly stated for a particular integration or market. Invoicing, receipt, payment and reporting features are provided to support day-to-day operations and record keeping. Customers remain responsible for determining and meeting all local tax, fiscalisation, invoicing, receipt, reporting and record-διατήρησης requirements. Where law requires a certified fiscal device, government platform, approved invoicing system or additional statutory document, Odenaro does not replace that requirement unless expressly identified as compliant for that jurisdiction.

4. Data protection roles

For customer χώρο εργασίας data, the customer generally determines the purposes and means of processing and acts as υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας, while Odenaro processes such data to provide the service as εκτελών την επεξεργασία, subject to the Συμφωνία Επεξεργασίας Δεδομένων. Odenaro acts as υπεύθυνος επεξεργασίας for its own account, subscription, security, abuse-prevention and service administration data where applicable.

5. Records, deletion and ιστορικό ελέγχου

Odenaro may keep limited μεταδεδομένα ελέγχου about critical actions such as creation, editing or deletion of financial records. Audit metadata is maintained for security, dispute resolution, συμμόρφωσης and integrity purposes and may be retained separately from the deleted επιχειρησιακής εγγραφής according to the applicable πολιτική διατήρησης. Customers must not use deletion functions to evade legal record-keeping obligations.

6. Availability, security and αντίγραφα ασφαλείας

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards and maintain operational αντίγραφα ασφαλείας, but no online service can be guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free or immune from security incidents. Customers should maintain independent copies of legally or operationally critical records where appropriate.
